Can I return an item I purchased on sale?

We accept returns of sale items as long as it’s in the 30 day period of your purchase arrival. The items will not be accepted if they have been worn or if the sanitary sticker of the bottoms has been removed. 

 

Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?

Please get in contact with us through support@bleubikinis.com as soon as possible with details on your order’s change request. Our warehouse processes orders quickly, so changes cannot be promised but if the order has not yet been shipped it may be possible. 

 

Do you offer free shipping?

We do offer free shipping on all orders. However we are currently only shipping to countries in Europe as well as the U.S.  

 

When will my order ship?

To estimate the time of delivery, please note processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping address at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

 

Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do international shipping among the European continent as well as the U.S.A. International transit times may vary due to delays presented at customs. Please note that international orders that include pre-ordered items will be fulfilled once and not divided into separate shipments.

 

Are duties and taxes included in my international order total?

Taxes and duties of the purchased product are not included in the total at the check out. Customers will have to resolve the customs, and taxes within their territory. 

 

What payment methods are accepted? 

&BLEU BIKINIS accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal payments.

 

When do I get my tracking number?

As soon as your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Please allow up to three business days for your order to be processed. 

 

My package says delivered, but I cannot find it. What should I do?

 If your package hasn’t shown up within 48 hours, please contact our support through support@bleubikinis.com who can help you resolve this.
