Return & Exchanges

We accept unworn bikinis  bought from bleubikinis.com in new condition with tags and liners attached within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note all items marked final sale are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We do not offer store credit at this time. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear. 

Simply submit your return request with the link provided and you will receive a shipping label via email. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. Then, use that shipping label to send your items back to us. Once your items are inspected, you can expect to receive a refund notification to your email within 5-10 business days.

All items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so please feel free to reach out to support@bluebikinis.com before placing your order with any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric so that we can ensure you love your purchase.

How will I receive a return shipping label for my International return?

Information for returning your order and postage label will also be emailed to you.

What if I lose the original packaging the order came in?

Not a problem! If tags and sanitary liners are attached, you can use the pre-paid shipping label to send your items back in any packaging.

What items are returnable?

All unworn items that were purchased at full price or with a discount of under 40% and in new condition with tags and liners attached can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Can I exchange an item?

We cannot currently offer exchanges so you will need to return your items and place a new order. 

How soon will I get my refund?

You can expect to get a full refund to your original form of payment within 5-10 days of delivery. Once you receive your refund notification, please allow an additional 5-10 days for your bank provider to post the amount to your account.
