When will my order ship?
DUE TO COVID-19, WE ARE EXPERIENCING SHIPPING DELAYS. WE EXPECT YOUR ORDER TO SHIP OUT 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED. THE TIME IT TAKES FOR YOUR ORDER TO ARRIVE AT ITS DESTINATION WILL DEPEND ON THE SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED.
Once your order has been processed you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link that will lead you directly to the package tracker. If you can’t find your shipping confirmation, please double check your spam and promotions folders.
For international orders, you can also use the link below to enter your tracking number and get updates on the status of your delivery.
My package is lost, what should I do?
Please email support@bleubikinis.com with your name and order number and we will assist with locating your package.
Are duties and taxes included in my international order total?
Taxes and duties of the purchased product are not included in the total at the check out. Customers will have to resolve the customs, and taxes within their territory.
Where does my order ship from?
Depending on your shipping address and our stock, the initial shipping location may vary. We currently have two shipping warehouses one is located in Southern California, and the other one is in Spain.
